Hardwood Flooring
Why Hardwood? Hardwood is easy to keep clean, has an elegant look and is very durable. A lot of people feel that real hardwood increases the value of their home but this is to be debated because engineered hardwood such as CORETec also adds value to your home and in most cases people can not tell the difference. If you have the budget, then you may want natural hardwood. If your budget is a little less, then you want to go with a fine Coretec product that has benefits natural hardwood just does not have.
Wall to Wall Carpeting
Why Carpet? Carpet is a great energy saver because of it’s natural insulation qualities. It’s psychologically warm on the feet and has the ability to stay much cooler in the summer months. A new clean carpet is great for children to play on and gives couples a nice fuzzy surface to enjoy time together as well. Hard surface floors obviously do not have this ability as far a comfort. Carpet just feels great on little feet while protecting children from falling and is easily replaced.
Vinyl Plank Flooring
Why Vinyl Plank Flooring? The number one reason for vinyl plank is the absolute fact that it’s 100% water resistant. We have been told stories of this type of floor literally surviving under salt water for a couple of weeks and still was installed in a home like nothing happened. Vinyl plank flooring is by far the most popular flooring in the United States and we see no end to it’s dominance in the flooring industry.
Stone Flooring
Why Stone? Nothing to say here but stone is stone. We offer a fine display of stone products for those who want the real deal in stone instead of ceramic, porcelain or marble. Check out any of our manufacturing partners for the stone look and style of your choosing and then contact us for a “Free Estimate”.
Sheet Vinyl
Why Sheet Vinyl? Vinyl floors stand up well with heavy traffic and is extremely durable when used in kitchens which has been its main use for years. It’s great if your on a tight budget and has all kinds of amazing looks these days. You can have a wood or tile look while staying with in budget using a vinyl floor or simply purchase an actual luxury vinyl tile or plank as and even more modern substitute.
Porcelain
Why Porcelain? Ceramic, porcelain, marble, glass, or mosaic tile all come with their own benefits and durability properties. They are all closely related yet very different in many ways. In choosing a tile floor and the type of tile just do a little research on costs and the type of look you’re trying to achieve. We have installers that are masters at tile setting and offer this service along with a “Free Estimate.”
